Working principle and preparation process:
The clean and dry compressed air is delivered into one or more membrane units. Each of the membrane consists of millions of hollow fiber, the diameter of which is same as the hair. The different permeation capacity of the gases in the compressed air (78% nitrogen, 21% oxygen and 1% argon) will be separated when they pass through the membrane. The oxygen, argon and steam water will be permeated from the wall of the membrane, and then be discharged out. The dry nitrogen will be delivered to the other end of membrane, and then be sent to the usage point.
