Working principle and preparation process:
Take carbon molecule sieve as absorbent. Under certain pressure, the adsorption capacity of carbon molecule sieve on oxygen is much higher than that of nitrogen. By switching on/off the pneumatic valves controlled by PLC program, the adsorption towers A and B works alternately, generating while pressure increased and regenerating after pressure reduced. The nitrogen and oxygen will be separated during the process, the purified nitrogen will be obtained then.
